Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with a tracking link.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
• Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends, public holidays, and events outside our control (weather, courier delays, regional disruptions)

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. Orders below this amount carry a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Cash on delivery orders carry an additional ₹49 handling fee.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and link by email/SMS. You can also check order status by logging into your account on the Site.

Delivery partner

Orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket and its network of courier partners, so the specific courier delivering your order may vary by location.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact hello@krausler.in with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier partner. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your package on arrival. If the outer box or product is visibly damaged, note this with the courier at the time of delivery where possible, and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
